1 Scope

• configuration management of assembly design;
• in-process change management of assembly design;
• items within the scope of application module Altered package, ISO/TS 10303-1601;
• items within the scope of application module Assembly module usage view, ISO/TS 10303-1642;
• items within the scope of application module Bare die, ISO/TS 10303-1650;
• items within the scope of application module Layered interconnect simple template, ISO/TS 10303-1718;
• items within the scope of application module Physical component feature, ISO/TS 10303-1721.
