The Zlib package is used by the
ROSE library to handle zip-compression in files. The license notice
is included in rose_zlib.h

been used to handle XML parsing. It was included with prior versions
of the ROSE library, but has been moved to a separate XML-specific
library. The license notice is included in rose_expat.h
